Daley Plaza in Chicago, Illinois is the famous courtyard of the Richard J Daley Center.

When it was finished, the thirty-one story building was the tallest in Chicago. It was designed using Cor-ten, which is designed to weather to a rust color and strengthen the building.

Also made of Cor-ten, is 50 foot steel sculpture in the courtyard. Completed in 1967 by artist Pablo Picaso as a gift to the city, it has become a landmark of downtown Chicago.
