Arlingon Park Racetrack is the utlimate setting in which to enjoy thoroughbred racing, and is fun for the whole family!
Originally built in 1927, the park was completely destroyed by fire in 1985, and did not re-open until 1989. Since then, the park has been dedicated to family entertainment and the opportunity to learn about thoroughbred racing. The setting is ideal for newcomers to this sport, and offers the traditional pageantry of racing, as well as many other festivities, such as the parade of jockeys and the post parade.
Arlington Park Racetrack has lush, beautiful surroundings, including manicured landscaping, and a 6-story grandstand. In addition to racing and other activities, the park offers distinctive dining venues, as well as a gift shop. The racing season runs from mid-May to September/October.
