Corporate and Community Tree Trim at Brookfield Zoo, Brookfield, IL

If your Chicago, Illinois-area community group or company wants to get into the holiday spirit, you should consider participating in the Brookfield Zoo's annual Tree Trim. This event allows local nonprofits, community groups, and businesses to sponsor holiday trees at the zoo. During the Tree Trim, which occurs during a weekend in late November, attendees from the sponsoring groups come to the zoo to decorate their trees. Anyone attending is welcome to bring guests and their children as well.

Aside from being a tree-trimming party, this event also features special activities for the whole family, including holiday storytelling, Santa Claus visits, a reindeer petting zoo, arts and crafts booths, and ice sculptors. And of course, the zoo's many renowned animal exhibits are open to enjoy as well. During the holiday season, sponsored trees will be on display at the zoo for all visitors to see, making this event a great way to both support the zoo and to promote an organization or business. Signup for sponsors begins in early September - please contact the Brookfield Zoo directly for specific deadlines and sponsor donation fees.
