Bank of America Stadium serves as the home of the relatively new Carolina Panthers, a franchise football team that entered the NFL in 1995. There are few things more surreal than being surrounded by 70,000 fanatical sports fans, and Bank of America Stadium can provide Charlotte visitors with just such an experience throughout the football season.
Looking back from today to the Panthers' inaugural season, their history is similar to riding a roller coaster. However, the future looks to hold only stability for this young team. Their quarterbacks, spearheaded by Jake Delhomme are the epitome of consistency, with this trend now seaping through to every facet of the team's field play. And while they have recently lost their start running back Stephen Davis, his back-up DeShaun Foster is more than ready to take on the starting role. Add to the already solid squad the addition of boisterous receiver Keyshawn Johnson, and the Panthers have more than enough style and substance to offer great football all fall long.
