Built by wealthy merchant and banker, George Walker Williams, the Calhoun House is a victorian Manor House that was used as the "Hazard House" in the mini-series North and South. The mansion is 24,000 square feet in size and features ornate plaster, 14-foot ceilings, wood mouldings, incredible chandeliers, and a great stairwell that climbs to a 75-foot domed ceiling.
