From the northernmost tip of the Cape at Race Point Beach to the southern Pleasant Bay area, the Cape Cod National Seashore offers beaches, dunes, and plenty of recreational areas for visitors from around the world. The Cape Cod National Seashore stretches across more than 43,600 acres of land and shoreline, and includes beaches, bogs, freshwater ponds, and more. Along the seashore, visitors will find nearly a dozen nature trails, six maintained swimming beaches, dunes, and all of the landscape that the area is noted for.
All beaches maintained by the National Park Service as part of the National Seashore features amenities including restrooms, showers, paved parking, drinking water, and seasonal lifeguards. Beaches include:

- Nauset Light Beach
- Wellfleet
- Truro
- Provincetown
- Race Point Beach
- Herring Cove Beach
