The Colonial House Inn & Restaurants is proudly recognized by the United States Department of Interior on the National Register of Historic Places, offering a unique stay in the Cape Cod area. The Colonial House Inn is located in Yarmouthport, in the center of Cape Cod on Historic Route 6A. This area has excellent year-round restaurants, theatre, entertainment and dancing, golf courses, tennis courts, churches, antique shops, and many historic points of interest. Should you choose to simply relax and bask in the sun, then make yourself at home on our terrace or porch.

Included within are comfortable lounge, dance floor, and heated indoor swimming pool. You may choose not to stray far at all when you discover our three intimate dining rooms and cozy sitting areas. Behind them you'll find the gift shop, well stocked with essentials, and many unique items. There are three intimate dining rooms; the Oak Room with its rich golden oak tables, the more traditional Colonial Room with hand stenciled walls and fireplace, and the most recent addition, the Common Room, a glass enclosed veranda with its view of the fountain and the Yarmouthport town green. Each of the large guest rooms is individually decorated and furnished with antiques. Each room has its own private bath and a charming view of our grounds and the adjacent historic homes.
