For a great Crocodile Adventure while you are visiting Cancun, Mexico, go to the Croco-Cun Animal Farm just north of Puerto Morelos. This farm is run by biologists who have collected specimens of many of the mammals and reptiles that are native to this region. This is an exciting and educational experience. You will learn all about the wildlife, particularly the world's largest wetland predator, the crocodile. You will see a 500 pound crocodile in his secure pit. The kids might have an opportunity to feed deer, and maybe even handle a baby crocodile. This is also a wildlife research center, so visitors can be assured that the animals here are well cared for.
