The whale shark is the biggest fish on earth, reaching up to fifty feet in length, and you'll have the chanceto experience them in their natural habitat with the Whale Shark Adventure! The whale shark naturally migrates to the waters off the Yucatan Peninsula to follow its food source, plankton. Plankton grows naturally in this area during the summer months. While the shark feeds, you can quietly observe the magnificent fish from the ocean's surface, or you can watch them from the boat if you feel more comfortable. Guides are on-hand to provide you with regulations and procedures to ensure the animals are not harmed.

- The tour departs at 6am from Playa del Carm hotels and transfers to Puerto Juarez. The price includes a speed boat trip to the snorkeling destination. The tour is expected to return to Playa del Carmen at 3 pm.
