Dolphin Encounter

Dolphin Swim

Dolphin swim is a one-hour interaction with the dolphins broken into two parts. The first 30 minutes will give you a quick run through on what to expect and how to interact with these intelligent sea mammals, while the last 30 minutes will give you time to actually interact with the dolphins in the water. The minimum age for the Dolphin Swim is 5 year old, with all children under 11 needing a parent to participate with them.

Dolphin Encounters

Dolphin Encounters is a 30 minute program that offers 15 minutes of instruction and information on dolphins, and 15 minutes of actually interacting with the dolphins in the shallow end of their educational pool. The minimum age for Dolphin Encounter 8 years old.

Dolphin Kids

Dolphin Kids is much like Dolphin Encounters, but specifically designed for smaller children. During Dolphin Kids children ages 4 - 9 will be given 15 minutes of instruction about dolphins before having 15 minutes to interact with the dolphins in the shallow end of their educational pool. Parents may accompany children to the poolside  observation area, but will not be allowed to actually take part in the activity.

Trainer for a Day

Offering the ultimate in dolphin interaction, Trainer for a Day gives participants the chance to experience what it is like to be a full-time dolphin trainer. This 6 hour program will put you side-by-side with an actual trainer as you shadow them for the day. From learning about specific training techniques to the physiological and behavioral make-up of the Pacific Bottlenose dolphins, Trainer for a Day offers both a fun and educational experience. Participants must be at least 12 years old, and in good physical condition. Lunch, a trainer's uniform, diploma and DVD of your experience are included.
