The location was just perfect and the room was fantastic. I enjoyed everything about the room. Checking in wasn't a problem and in no time we were in our room.

My wife fell on the last day. The manager and one of the housekeepers went out of their way to assist, even offering to drive us to KC. My bed was broken but we did not tell till we were checking out I'm sure they would have made different arrangements had we told sooner. THe manager said she was closing the room until all was fixed.

Our roomn was very comfortable, clean and well appointed, and the breakfast offered gave us many choices. We especially liked that the motel was ideally located - a short distance to the shows, but quiet and away from the main traffic.

I chose this motel because they take pets but the space provided to exercise pets is very limited. My two Chihuahuas did fine but several dogs using the very small space available got alittle deep because many of the other pet owners did not pick up after their own dogs. I realize that irresponsible pet owners are not the motels problem but maybe explaining to pet owners at check in what is expected of them would help the problem. Otherwise, our stay was great and the staff was very helpful!

The lady who serves the breakfast should get a raise. This lady goes beyond what is expected. The nicest lady

The beds were a little harder than we are used to. Other than that had a good experience. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the location was very handy. Would recommend this motel and would use it again.
