Enjoy some good old fashioned bluegrass tunes in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, just 64 miles southwest of Branson.
The festival kicks off Thursday night with a watermelon social in Basin Park, then the Williams Family, the Vaughn Family, the Larry Nelson Family, and the Bluegrass Boys take the stage starting at 7 p.m. Those events are free. The festivities continue onto Friday night with the Tennessee Gentlemen, and Eureka Springs Bluegrass Band at 2 p.m. and Marty Stuart and Cedar Hill at 8:30 p.m. Those shows are not free, and you'll need to call ahead to reserve your seats. Saturday, starting at 2 p.m., Doc Watson and Old School will be set to entertain you.
Sunday, the festivities come to an end with a Gospel Show, for a small fee. Once again, the Williams Family, the Vaughn Family, the Larry Nelson Family, and the Bluegrass Boys will storm the stage. All shows are scheduled to be performed at The Auditorium. You'll need to contact them directly for more information, tickets, and seat reservations.
