Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, this two day extravaganza offers a variety of entertainment ranging from motorcycle exhibits to a petting zoo, but the focus certainly stays on the delicious barbecue.
Right around 50 teams will be participating during the weekend as $5,000 in prize money is awarded. Competition categories include chicken, pork ribs, pork and brisket.
