John has been a great influence on my music and how I have been learning to play. The show brings back memories of my childhood going to the cabin and coming home on Sunday mornings listening to the AM stations that played classic country music. Please, if you get the opportunity to go and see John Rex Reeves, you will not be disappointed.
John and his wife Neva are great people and are so nice to visit with. They are very knowledgable in Jim's history. There are no other tribute bands that are better than John. Also, John has a lovely voice when he sings his Uncle's songs.
The last time we saw him perform was at Sandstone, MN at the Midwest Country Theater this August, 2007. He got several standing ovations and it was a packed house at both shows! Good for you, John!

This is a great show and is definately a must if you are in Branson. John Rex has a great following and everyone loves his show. If you enjoyed the music of Jim Reeves, you will definately enjoy the show. Keep up the great work John. See you in Branson.

Hope this show can continue. Only about 20 people at the show. Great to keep the Reeves name alive. Close your eyes and you would think Gentleman Jim was doing the singing.
