The Stone Zoo in Stoneham, Massachusetts, hosts an annual Halloween event called Boo at the Zoo. Don't worry about your kids going door-to-door to ask for candy, bring them to the Stone Zoo for a spooktacular time. Watch as your child searches along outdoor trails for candy, encountering ghouls and monsters along the way. Kids and adults will meet animals, hear creepy stories, and participate in spooky crafts. Radio Disney will be in attendance, pumping up the crowd for the dance, at which there will be a costume competition and prizes.
Boo at the Zoo takes place at the Stone Zoo during the middle of October, so have your costumes ready! Admission is available to those who pay regular zoo admittance fees, but food and drink are extra. Candy and prizes, however, are provided. This event is chaperoned by staff, but parents are encouraged to stay for all activities to ensure the welfare of their child.
