We would like to comment that the Beantown Trolley line should add additional trolley's. There normally were 2-3 Old Town Trolley's at the Trolley stops.
One negative comment regarding...we were waiting for 20 minutes (again while 2 Old Town Trolley's drove past us) in pouring rain with other tourist waiting for the Beantown Trolley (across from the Old State Building) the driver approached the stop, slowed down then drove off leaving us all standing in the rain. Luckily there was a bus stop that had shelter from the rain.
Overall, the tour guide and drivers were very good.
