The Redding House located in Biloxi, Mississippi is an impressive, beautiful site.& It is located on Jackson Street, in an older part of the city. The home is at least 100 years old and is considered a Colonial Revival home of that time. For those that are looking to explore a bit of history, this could be the ideal location to visit.
The Redding House features amazing architecture. This includes custom made mahogany and cypress mill work throughout. Through the home there are nine fireplaces, of different size and quality. You will be able to stop and gaze at beautiful time pieces including art murals. The large home features floors that are made from heart pine.
Those that wish to visit can enjoy the lowest levels of the home, which feature several adjoining rooms. These are able to be used as large spaces for dinner parties. Or, select a smaller area for an intimate gathering of just a few people. The space can be rented out, ahead of time with the Redding House staff.
For those that are considering a large business meeting, do consider the upper levels of the home. Here you will find a large, open space ideal for larger meetings or even a banquet event. Music, dinner and dancing can easily be enjoyed in these spacious rooms. Throughout the home you will pick up on the Southern charm that is throughout. No detail is spared in this reflection of a time that once was.
