With the Snowshoeing & Maple Taffy Tour you can choose to either explore the Sinclair River Valley or Vista Lake area as you trek through the wilderness in snowshoes with a knowledgable guide. With the Snowshoeing to Paint Pots tour, you'll journey through the Sinclair River Valley to the sparkling natural pools of the paint pots, and travel through the regrowth of the 1968 wildfire at Vermillion Pass. With the Snowshoeing at Vista Lake tour you'll see the breathtaking and secluded Vista Lake that is hidden away behind Storm Mountain, where you'll warm up with a hot cup of cocoa and roasted marshmallows. The tour guides are knowledgeable, and you'll learn all sorts of interesting facts about Banff, as you go.
Guests should dress in skiwear for this trip including, hats, mitts, and warm boots. Tours include snowshoes and hiking poles, hot chocolate and marshmallows, hotel pick up and drop off.
