Johnston Canyon Icewalk® Tour
The Johnston Canyon Icewalk will take you through one of the wildest parts of Banff as you stroll across steel walkways that were built into the canyon walls. Your knowledgeable guide will help you to learn about how Johnston Canyon was formed, as you travel through a premier wildlife habitat. Before the tour comes to an end, visitors will be lead up to the beautiful upper icefalls and down past the lower icefalls. You won't want to forget to grab the camera before heading out on this tour.
This tour includes ice cleats and hiking poles, hot chocolate and a light snack, and hotel pick-up and drop-off. Guests should dress as if going skiing for this trip, that includes hats, mitts, and warm boots.
