Visit the third largest zoological park in the country at the Maryland Zoo (formerly the Baltimore Zoo), located in Baltimore.
The Maryland Zoo features more than 200 species of animals in its collection of more than 1,500 mammals, reptiles, birds, and amphibians. Guests will have the opportunity to see animals from around the world, including African Lions, Southern White Rhinos, chimpanzees, African Elephants, and many more.
Test your nerves as you check out the Timber Rattlesnake and the Slender-Snouted Crocodile at the reptile & amphibian exhibits.
