The guestroom renovation will bring a new, fresh contemporary look to the hotel. The guestroom makeover will offer rich polished mahogany, bright nickel, polished leather, timeless bold plaids, and accents of royal blue and cadet red. The details are tacks on upright chairs, pol¬ished nickel hardware and accents, mercury glass lamps and nautical inspired artwork. Wall covering, carpeting, linens, walk in showers and plasma screen televisions will add to the design of the guestrooms. Sample guestrooms will be available for show as early as the first week of August, 2006. All guestroom corridors will receive new carpeting, wall covering and lighting. The hotel lobby and 30,000 square feet of banquet space is scheduled to be remodeled in January, 2007. The hotel's twin tower design will allow the hotel to maintain full operations during all renovation projects.
