McCormick & Shumicks is an elegant restaurant which serves the best of the Pacific Northwest. Their seafood is to die for, making this restaurant one of the most popular in the area. A more low scale eatery inside the hotel is the Peacock Cafe. This modern eatery serves up American cuisine with a flair.
