Nestled on the slope-side of the Snowmass Village Mall, the Cirque Bar and Grill is a great alternative for a causal après ski. Open from the 17th of November through the 15th of April, the large deck makes for a great place to soak up the summer sun.
Besides substantial burgers, the cafeteria-style menu also features appetizing daily specials with an outdoor grill on the spacious deck. The live performances by bands like Take the Wheel and Beer specials add up to the relaxed, lighthearted eatery that the Cirque Bar & Grill is. Service is polite and friendly. The restaurant also offers you the option of full table service inside.
Open daily from 11am to 6pm, the Cirque is a great place to drop by at any time in the day. You can catch a quick buffet breakfast here before you head out for a day in the slopes or stroll in for a more leisurely sit-down lunch or dinner. You can start with a clam chowder or the homemade chicken noodle soup, snack on a variety of 'munchies' or even take your pick from the variety of enchiladas, tacos and fajitas from the menu. Or if you're just a burger person, there's enough variety here to satiate even the most enthusiastic of appetites. The restaurant also offers a number of interesting sandwiches and salads, if you don't really feel up to a hearty meal.
A meal at the Cirque Bar and Grill would cost you about $15 per head and its strategic location makes the restaurant a huge success with the younger crowd. Whether it an unpretentious meal you're looking for or a couple of drinks over some great music, the Cirque is a must visit for every newcomer to Snowmass Village.
