Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, the Estes Park Municipal Building in Estes Park, CO hosts the town's meetings.
It's hard to miss the building- outside on its grounds are several bronze chipmunks depicted running around like live ones are fond of doing.
Being a posh sort of area it's hard to run across real threats such as bears or mountain lions, but it wouldn't be out of place to spot Samson, the trophy elk that was killed by poachers during the 90's. Not to worry, this is no ghost deer- merely a statue remembering him, one of many in Estes Park designated to keep the memory of the wilds alive.
