Located in the graceful and mesmerizing interiors of the luxuriant Jerome Hotel, the Century Room is one of Aspen's most acclaimed restaurants. The ambience of quiet elegance, the personalized guest service and the sumptuous cuisine elevate the dining experience to an almost sublime echelon.
The interiors of the Century Room transport you straight to the Victorian era, with the shimmering glass chandeliers, high back rose colored chairs, and the grand hand-carved fireplace distinctly reminiscent of an old-world charm. The Contemporary American menu, crafted to perfection by nationally recognized Chef Todd Slossberg, skims through an array of soups, salads, appetizers and entrees. The signature dishes like lobster and crab cakes, the Colorado rack of lamb and the Clam Chowder are a must try. The award-winning Wine List is carefully selected to perfectly complement your meal.
Service is attentive yet discreet and polite. Open throughout the winter from 6pm to 10pm, the restaurant does not offer lunch. Reservations are a must and can either be made over the telephone or the website. A meal at the Century room will cost you about $35 per head. The restaurant does not abide by a dress code although it is recommended that you choose your attire to complement the slightly formal air that the restaurant exudes. Whether it is an intimate evening you are looking for, a quiet business dinner or even an event you want to celebrate, you are sure to find the perfect milieu in the subtle opulence of the Century Room.
