Wintersköl is an event that started way back in 1951 by the locals in Aspen, Colorado who wanted to celebrate their unique Nordic community. There will be an eclectic mix of over 40 events in downtown Aspen including the K-9 fasion show, Buttermilk Uphill Race, Wintersculpt and a spectacular fireworks display over Aspen Mountain.
You'll find all kinds of events happening throughout the weekend with everything from art displays after dark to a kids' sculpting event or even a pancake breakfast. You won't want to miss Wintersköl, if you plan to be in the Aspen, Colorado area.
