For years snowboarding was banned on Aspen Mountains, and now they cap off their ski season with a snowboarding festival.
How the times have changed. Snowboarding events include the quarterpipe showdown and big air invitational. Aside from snowboarding competitions, there will also be various concerts and parties throughout the festival.
The Spring Jam has grown to become the premier spring festival in the Rocky Mountains. Each March houses perfect mountain conditions for the event. Competitions, concerts, and cultural events can be found all around the resorts.
