Housed in a two-story replica of traditional French Quarter architecture, an evening at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen transports visitors back in time for a taste of old New Orleans. With ingredients imported directly from the rivers and bayous of Louisiana, the Jazz Kitchen dishes up exciting Creole flavors with such specialties as pecan-crusted catfish, oyster po-boys, crawfish springrolls, and a crabmeat and artichoke dip. The Flambeaux dining room offers the best option for a little Bourbon Street flair, with toe-tapping music provided by a solo pianist and a four-piece jazz band.
Four other dining rooms each offer a taste of New Orleans, from the exuberant Mardi Gras-themed Queen's Room,to the whimsical charm of the Parlor Room, to the cool vibe of the Jazz Balcony overlooking the bustling Downtown Disney street below. The Jazz Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is available for special events and catering.
