Visitors who arrive in June are just in time for one of the region's biggest events -- the Balboa Island Parade, a festive display of floats, marching bands, vintage cars, and drill teams. On the first Friday of each month, the Balboa Island Stroll offers a lovely evening out, when all shops extend their hours and serve cheese, crackers, and refreshments. With its beaches, sea cruises, golfing, outdoor concerts, and the Fun Zone arcades, Balboa Island truly offers something for everyone.
