Capilla Submarina is a beautiful sculpture of the Virgin of Guadalupe.& Many of the residents of Acapulco pray to the Virgin of Guadalupe and this was put on the seabed by fishermen. Surrounded by the sculpture you will find dozens of flowers and plants that make the area beautiful. You will also see some animals living in area surrounding the monument. La Roqueta Island.

On December 12th, the residents of Acapulco have a celebration in honor of the Virgin of Guadalupe. During the celebration, the residents will decorate with more flowers to show admiration. They will also hand make crafts to place around the sculpture. They also have a procession with prayer. You can also hear some local music and entertainment of Acapulco during this festival.
